These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of theskinglowstudio.com and services offered by Skin Glow Studio, a sole proprietorship serving Greater Miami, Florida. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. They describe studio practices for clients; they are not a substitute for legal advice.
1. Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site or book services. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms as published here.
2. Services
Skin Glow Studio offers esthetics and facial treatments by appointment. We are not a medical spa and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or care. Services, pricing, and availability may change; the details shown at booking or checkout control for that transaction.
If you use the website chat assistant, you must provide your name, phone number, and email to start a conversation. Chat contact details and messages are used to answer your questions and so Mimi can follow up; they are not used for SMS marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Booking and payment
Services are paid in full at booking or checkout (for example through Stripe Checkout), unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Completing checkout creates a hold or confirmed booking according to the process on the booking page. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.
4. Cancellation, no-shows, and rescheduling
There is no free cancellation window. Once paid, services are non-refundable, including for late cancellation or no-show.

5. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate health, allergy, medication, and skin information so we can plan safe care
- Disclose contraindications or recent procedures that may affect treatment
- Arrive on time; late arrival may shorten the service without refund
- Follow pre- and post-care guidance we provide
We may decline or stop a treatment if we reasonably believe it is unsafe or if required information is missing or inaccurate.
6. Results and medical disclaimer
Esthetics results vary by person, skin condition, and consistency of care. Nothing on this site or during a visit is medical advice or a substitute for care from a licensed physician or other medical professional. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified provider.
7. Shop and product returns
Retail products purchased from Skin Glow Studio may be returned in person only at the studio. We do not accept mail or shipping returns.
Unless a product is defective, returns are limited to unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Opened, used, or damaged items are not returnable except where required by law. Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method when practical.
8. Gift certificates
Digital gift certificates purchased from Skin Glow Studio never expire and carry no dormancy or inactivity fees. They are redeemable only at Skin Glow Studio for services (and products if we enable that later). They are not redeemable for cash except where law requires. Partial redemptions are allowed; any remaining balance stays on the same code. Lost codes can be resent if you contact the studio with the purchase email. 9. Intellectual property
Site content—including text, images, logos, layout, and branding—is owned by Skin Glow Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You may share links to public pages.
10. Limitation of liability and indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin Glow Studio and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a booking or product is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking or product.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skin Glow Studio and its owner from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, inaccurate information you provide, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Miami-Dade County, Florida, when practical, and you consent to that venue.
